Why couldn't they bring them? I've never seen a king bed with less than 4 pillows - you need them to sit up and watch TV. I asked the room cleaners for two more and they told me to go to the front desk and ask.
There was no lotion either, so we went to a local drug store and bought both. The bottle was hard plastic and it was it impossible to squeeze soap out of it with arthritic hands. I asked the front desk for some and she handed me a small bottle of shower gel - the shipment of soap didn't come in. There was no soap at the bathroom sink for hand washing. The employees come in and out off a door right across the hall continually with no sound blockage at all. These two rooms are right by the lobby front desk so the noise coming from the employees and guests is never ending. We stayed two nights at the Inn in room 101 due to PG&E turning off our home power during the fires.
